Devastate opponents without weapons!

My fondest dream as a child was to have the ability to maim my opponents with my bare hands. If I could "devastate" them then so much the better. They had it coming. Anyway, I had been burned by the Karate lessons guy so I figured the Kung Fu guy would rip me off too.
